J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Atlassian (Sydney) en avr. 2020
Entretien
My entire interview process was remote through video conference, which I found to be very convenient for me. There were 3 interview rounds and the candidate experience team member frequently followed up with me through emails or calls regarding the status/confirmations/info of each round.
First I had a brief call where we discussed what I'm looking for, my visa status, my experience etc. Then there was the first interview: the coding interview, which was like a pair programming session for 1 hour. Second interview was for around 2 hours with 2 interviewers where we discussed about my experience, projects/technologies I have worked on, what I was passionate about etc. The final interview round was with another 2 interviewers about values and management (2 hours).
I found the entire interview process to be so smooth and planned out and I love how the recruiter constantly followed up before and after each round to make sure I was well informed about what to expect, the results etc.

Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees
