The turn around time for me took quite a while: I completed the HackerRank in early September and got an invite for a recruiter call in late October. After that, the process was a lot smoother: technical phone interview 11/13, final round interview 12/2, offer 12/10. I don’t remember the HackerRank or technical phone questions at this point, but they were definitely very doable compared to other big tech companies. Maybe LC easy-medium. The final round interview was comprised of two parts. For the first, you brought a previous technical project you’ve worked on and do a deep dive into it with the interviewer, explaining your work and the design decisions you made on it. The second part was a standard behavioral interview with a manager. Make sure you’re familiar with the Atlassian values and that your answers exemplify them.
