J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Atlassian (Bengaluru) en avr. 2020
Entretien
There were 3 rounds, (I didn't make it beyond that, there would be 5 in general)
1.) Intro round, just to verify your candidature.
2.) 60 min, 1-1 pair programming round
3.) 60-90 min, 2:1 grilling interview
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
Pair programming round were around a in complete project, this is NOT framework specific, ensure that you know core JS in depth.
be prepared with basic things like, getting hold of elements, manipulating elements. They'll let you sneak the API, but better be prepared in advance.
Tech Interview is split into 3 parts,
Part I - Deep Discussion of a project you've worked on in the past
Part II - Chat about certain topics
Part III - Another round of pair programming
This is more of a depth test than anything. The first 2 parts will have a lot of counter questions and knowledge of JS.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Atlassian (Bengaluru) en févr. 2022
Entretien
Applied in december 2021, received a call from recruiter in the first week of Jan 2022 and the interview process kickstarted
1. Browser coding
2. JS coding round
3. System design
4. Hiring manager
5. Values
The process took more than a month.
The interviewers at each round were very humble , the process is a bit exhausting as they take the candidates through all the rounds and then reject them. Thats the only reason I would rate this a negative experience , otherwise the kind of questions asked were good and relatable to everyday work .
