lol where do I even start from? The interview process? Lack of communication? Working with 4 different recruiters? Hiring manager not know who the recruiter is? I could go on and on and on.
I applied for the Azure cloud engineer role and got reached out by one of their recruiters. First interview was basically sharing your screen to answer some questions regarding azure/m365, then the recruiter reading and asking questions from a screen like it’s a bedtime story.
I was moved to the next stage where I met the hiring manager, that lasted for over an hour. Then I met with the team lead, all questions were scenario based. Mind you, all these while I was already working with a third recruiter. After the third interview with the team lead. I got an email saying the role has been filled, but the role that was mentioned in the email was for an “HR coordinator”, and was then told they can offer me a different role which was the “Sr. Systems Engineer role” that has been opened for more than 3 months. And then everything went silent! Reached out to the recruiters a couple of times, only to get a generic rejection email.
So unprofessional and a complete waste of time. So yes, do not bother applying or working for them.
