The interview process consisted in two stages, the first one was in person, the second was held online as I was abroad at the time, but this is not a standard practice. The in-person interview felt as a conversation between professionals, as there were no tricky or stressful questions and comments. The line manager was present during the first and second stage, an HR representative was present at the second stage which was a simulation aiming to reveal my professional skills and knowledge. I have never felt better on an interview before, and the reason for this is that I was well prepared about the job, and both interviewers strive to create a pleasant stress-free environment.

The interview process was very clear, but it took almost two months. It was divided into four interviews, each of them lasted one hour + 4 tests (3 assessment tests + 1 technical task - all tests together took around 3h in total). The whole process was very tiring.
