J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Atlas Copco Group (Oklahoma City, OK) en oct. 2022
Entretien
I applied for the position. Spoke on the phone with the supervisor. Spoke with HR about the job. Official interview. Second official interview. Offer (77k). HR Specifically relied on distributive negotiation tactics which is a sign of systemic toxic work culture. Hid salary range to the point where everyone was scared to discuss it, 15 vacation days did not compensate for the 34 extra days expected to work without compensation, used "my-way-or-the-highway" tactic for all parts of the offer, and created a complex and intimidating process for communicating with HR. They even used some of my questions as a means to destroy trust with my potential supervisor. Every interaction with HR was a strong warning sign

Question 1
Very relaxed and welcoming video conference. There were no "gotcha" questions. They simply asked about my background and experience. Willingness to travel was their top priority.
