J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Atlas Copco Group en mai 2011
Entretien
Interviewed for a position in Frankland Indiana. Was given a good tour of the facility with an in depth explanation of their products, and current projects. During the interview I was asked to demonstrate some of my knowledge and experience listed on my resume. During this part of the interview my degree was referred to derogatorily and so was my 3 years of work experience, I had to defend my degree, and myself. A question during this part of the interview included "Do you even feel your degree is necessary for your current position"
Later in the interview I asked about the dress code and normal attire, and was given the response "If I was meeting with someone important I would get dressed up." (I am wearing a suit and he was wearing shorts).
Was not offered compensation for my travel (2 hours each direction)
