I applied online. I was interviewed two weeks later by a panel of three woman. Two were in development and the other was the HR person. It was an hour interview. There was also an editing and proofreading test that I wasn't prepared for, and feel that it was very difficult considering that I didn't know enough about the organization. I also had to fill out an incredible amount of paperwork and background check pre-interview.
