It's two people, one of them being the owner which i guess likes to be known as the lady in red and then one manager, they ask you simple questions about yourself and what you know about them. Then you are asked to use a computer in the room to answer some question which you are allowed to use google to answer pretty easy. They also want to know if you have basic computer skills, how to send an email, search on google maps , use an excel sheet. It's very basic I think they over do it with interview process itself. Once that part is done they say you will hear back from them after a dmv and background check. I left all my information and never heard back from anyone within the company. Waste of time. All in all the interview process was very simple. First they made you take a test to qualify for the actual sit down interview with management. During the interview you sit with the president and vice president of the company while they ask you questions.Management sat across a conference table from you each asked 5 questions each.
