The interview was about a half hour total. It involved the usual interview questions like describing yourself, strengths/weaknesses etc. Then I was asked about 10 different situational questions which were pretty difficult. Then finally, I was taken on a tour of the floor.

Two-Step Interview, first received a call from human resources for a quick phone interview. Then I received a phone call from my unit coordinator to schedule an in-person interview.
