There were overall 3 interviews, one with the HR representative, one with financial director, and one with the diector of financial controling for division I would be accepted to work in. Before the interviews there was a written exam consisting of IQ test and personality test. IQ test was very difficult and demanding, but yet you must have in mind that it does not require from you to know all the answers. Personality test was classic with questions about your charater and preferences, to see if you fit in the profile of employee they search for. On the interviews, the staff was very polite and overall the atmosphere was pleasant. They do not test your knowledge on oral interviews.
