Entretien
One telephone interview that lasted about half an hour and then if successful you get invited to a face to face interview. This consisted of a few basic tests on how you deal with accuracy and speed which lasted roughly half an hour and then after that you get to meet with Human Resources and the Client Support Manager for the main part of the interview. This part of the interview lasted about an hour.
