It was a very basic interview process consisting of a panel of staff members throughout the university. They asked a typical list of questions focusing on mostly personality and handling people. Most of the questions I had been asked in a previous interview which helped me in creating a default answer. Furthermore, they asked a relatively limited number of questions about my previous work experience and my technical background. Overall, the interview took less than twenty minutes and was effective in helping me prepare for future interviews. It was the first conference call for an interview in which I had participated, so it was helpful in adding to my ability to effectively interview.
