2 interviews total, both over video. 1st interview would not even qualify as an interview. I sat and listened for 70mins as the person vented, rambled, complained, and asked questions not relevant to the position. 2nd interview was with leadership and was much more professional in nature. It seemed that one person wanted to hire someone and the other didn't.
