Absolute nightmare. Interview was scheduled for 1:30pm and I stressed to get there for 1:20pm (interview was supposed to take 45 minutes according to them). Upon arriving I was asked to fill out an application form which took about ten minutes, and then had to wait for over one hour in the lobby as they called names from the list. Finally after getting up to ask what was taking so long, the secretary was absolutely clueless of who in the lobby was waiting for the computer knowledge test, who was waiting for an interview, or who had just walked in. She apologized for the wait and quickly rushed off to attend to someone else, and it ended up taking another 45 minutes to do their computer test. At this point my parking was expiring (2 hr max downtown, already more then twice the announced time it would take) so I had to run down, move my car, and pay for the new spot, in total cost me about 12$ when it should have been 2$, but not the biggest deal. What frustrated me the most was when I returned upstairs I had to wait yet again for an hour before finally seeing the interviewer, who was clearly overwhelmed just like every other employee that I met. He discussed salary and schedule with a group of six of us ( out of those 6, 4 people simply walked out, me included). Job details were completely false advertised: salary announced at 13.50$ is actually 11.25$, schedule announced as 8-6 is actually 24hr availability plus weekends. This is the reason I walked out, complete waste of time (3.5 hours to complete interview) at an unprofessional, unorganized company that only the most desperate people would ever work at. I'd only recommend this job to you if you are starving and/or homeless!
