The worst interview process I've ever been through. Where to begin? Each interview stage was rescheduled multiple times. My interviewer was 10 minutes late to my final round. After the final round I was told I got the job. Five days later I still had not received an offer. I was told that they could not get an offer approved for me for unspecified reasons. A few weeks went by, still with no offer, and then I was told they were getting a new CEO and there was a hiring freeze until he started. A couple months later, when the CEO started, I asked if the freeze had been lifted. I was told that it had not lifted but they were still planning on filling the AE headcount by the end of the year. A few weeks later someone reaches out and tells me the new CEO is ramped up and they lifted the hiring freeze. I was told that I would need to go through the entire interview process again from scratch, and if I was still interested they would set up the first round. I accepted the meeting, and a couple days later I was sent an email informing me that Ataccama is no longer hiring for my location and that the role is closed. I guess I'm the idiot for letting them string me along this entire time when I should have realized at multiple points throughout this dog and pony show that this was a dog and pony show. The process I just described spanned 5 months. Terrible experience all around.
