In the beginning you have to do some researches and market studies at home and send it by pdf. It takes a while and you're not getting paid for it. Then you go to the office, you're meeting a couple of people (they don't present themselves to you, not friendly, not even offering water) Then at the end you're meeting the ceo. I've spent my entire afternoon at their office, then the ceo offered me the job orally and gave me a week to think about it. Next day he told me other people are on the offer so he wants an answer asap... then when I replied he said it's too late he's waiting for someone else. So basically he offered me the job and when I said yes he retracted. Turns out 3 months after the job is still vacant. A huge waste of time and worked for free by doing market researches and business plan.
