They used the STAR method and asked multiple questions. At the time it was a two interview process with my direct leader and the senior manager. They were all personable and even though i was nervous, they both made made little more relaxed.

Interview process was professional and fun. Got to get a chance to meet some great leaders in company and explain my passion of technology. I'm super excited that I'm first external hire in Leadership. Cant wait to start working.
