I went through a 5-minute phone screening by HR, then they contacted me a week later to set up an on-site interview. I met with one person for 45 minutes then I met with two more for another 45 minutes. They just said "tell me about yourself" and asked a few questions about past projects. They were all friendly and easy-going.
