I applied on the Asurion website. I was contacted by phone, within a few days, to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview took 15 minutes and she just asked basic information regarding my previous employment and if I could meet the requirements for the WAH position. She then explained that she would be emailing me an assessment to take and that I would be contacted within 24 hours of completing that assessment. Within five minutes of completing the assessment I was contacted by the recruiting office to schedule a video interview with the hiring manager, which I scheduled for the following day. I did the interview on a Tuesday and was contacted by asurion Friday morning with a job offer. The hiring manager who interviewed me was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and was just so professional yet personable and was extremely easy to open up to and conversations with.
