Entretien
I coordinated for a test with the HR and then, an interview with the Principal Counselor and then the C-suits, over the period of a month.
A psychometric test and several rounds of interviews for cultural, personal, ethical, ideological fitment, which is expected.
The process and the people itself can be intimidating, but I realized they're passionate Alpha achievers and to play with the big league, one has to bring on the A game at all times.

Interview process is long but thorough- starts with screening then peer conversation, then two interviews, followed by psychometric evaluation. Across levels they are supporting of the aspirants. Require comprehensivess. So study LinkedIn page and reports that have been published by them.

Entretien
The interview was conducted in three parts. Post the verbal dialogue, there was a written assignment, two rounds of interview., along with psychometric evaluation. All of this is followed with interview with CEO. Alignment with attitude is key.
