I had applied for the position online at the company web site. I was also able to send my Resume over to HR through a company employee. 1. The HR staff set up a Phone interview with the Hiring Manager. 2. Had a 30 Minutes phone interview, Astronautics is a an aeronautics company, and I was coming from a telecommunications background the Hiring manager gave me an open platform to present my experience and questioned me and in between asked me to explain further on certain topics. 3. I was offered an on-site interview. 4. The on-site 1:1 interview was conducted by three Mangers and two senior technical engineers. 5. It was a pleasant experience. This was the first interview for me in 25 years and left with a very positive feeling. 6. Ten days later I received a response from the HR.
