Seemed like it was going fine, but then all of a sudden after completing the interviews and receiving a VERBAL OFFER, I was ghosted. No responses to any of my follow up communications. They were also late for my interview which is not super professional, but I let it slide as I often do. If I were late I would be penalized for that. I really could not believe they did these things. Very unprofessional and so hypocritical of companies that complain of candidates doing this. Guess I dodged a bad employer here, based on this behavior they see as acceptable and not at all unprofessional. Just tell me you changed your mind! Why is that so hard!?
