J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Astranis
Entretien
Applied online, got a text to schedule an interview few days later. Had an interview with the recruiter. The interaction was great, and they were great to talk to. However, I was frustrated when they said that they were looking for senior engineers and didn't bother to check my resume for that (I'm entry level). It felt like a waste of time that could've been spared with a rejection email.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Astranis (San Francisco, CA) en mai 2026
Entretien
There was a screening with a recruiter and a technical in-depth interview with a team member. The questions ramp up in difficulty for the technical round and some curveballs on satellite questions. Interviews last 45 minutes.

They are very quick to respond. First interview was with a team member and quickly went over resume and then into technical questions. Next interview was with a team lead where they go more in depth on your resume before asking some technical questions.

Entretien
I was reached out by a recruiter to schedule a 45-minute interview with someone from the team, specifically from whichever specialty you selected in your application. The offer to do an interview came around like 1-1.5 weeks after I submitted my application. The interview is conducted through Google meets and you are asked to show your throughout process on a white board on Coderbyte.

How would you design a bracket to connect from an antenna to the satellite base? It was pretty similar to other questions that are listed here but worded and asked differently.
