Got a phone screen from outsourced HR first, then the hiring manager called. Got a notice the next day that I could go for an onsite interview because I had a reason to push. The onsite was a half-day, mostly going over my resume.

The process to book a telephone interview is really organized so you can schedule the interview for when you want and be prepared. The first round was only about cross checking details and asking if I agree to the rules.
The second round would be more of the technical interview.

9am to 5pm , multiple senior leaders, casual lunch
A lot of importance was paid to the energy and how friendly the person is. If the person is easy going, and what his likes and dislikes are.
the team interviewing was very supportive and gave a deep insight to what the company does.
