interview session with first line manager,telephonic round with regional manager,psychometry test followed by HR round on phone only basic question some technical knowledge and check communication what are achievement what is strength what is weakness,w hat you learned in last firm,what are the thing you liked the most about last company

It was quite good an not tht tedious. Interviewees were quite helpful and nice. They basically wanted to know whether you actually want to get into marketting and sales or not.
