Very weird situation resulting in no interview. Was invited by automated HR email to schedule myself for phone interview. Email sent you to a link where you can pick a slot. I did select time and waited for the call, waited and waited. Being confused that maybe I selected wrong time zone (default time zone was USA where HR is located, while interview was in position in UK) I decided to contact MedImmune on the only contact information there was provided which was a toll fee number in USA! I got to talk to somebody and explained situation. The person claimed that HR called me but I was not reachable. I asked if the person was calling from USA or UK because in case of USA they need to dial 0044. Person on the phone tried to call on my mobile 3 times to test the correct dialing... Finally she sent me another email with link to the self scheduled interviews however for the next 3 days there were no slots available and this morning the link has expired. I think this is very unpleasant experience and I have a feeling like hiring managers will lose a lot of candidates because of HR inefficiencies. I am not going to call USA again just to see if there are still interested... If you are growing in UK maybe it would be good to consider contact information for UK or at least email to which you could reply.

Recruiter screen, then manager interview. Manager was looking for specific skills. There was a list of skills that were not listed in the job posting but were important for the position.
