Company has a good process in place. Every application (I have applied electronically for a number of different positions) receives an automated response indicating the position you applied for and a generic statement that they will contact you if they are interested. Additionally, if they decide to not interview you, they send an email indicating the position and a note which essentially says they "will not be advancing your application for this role". Compared to many other companies who you never hear back from at all, at least you know where you stand with MedImmune. As far as the interview process, their first round of interviews is a phone interview, where a single interviewer asks general questions and gathers some background information, including salary requirements. Both phone interviews I have had with them were easy and relaxed. The two different interviewers were very professional and stayed focused on getting their questions answered. I have not advanced past the phone interview at this point.

I applied for Medimmune on april call me a week later few general questions after that recieve an email for a survey and then wait up tu June for a onsite interview 11 people interview when great but it have been 9 days and nothing let see what happen
