These people are incredibly unprofessional. I applied early in August when their post on Indeed said they were 'urgently hiring.' Sent in my resume and completed an assessment for them. Not long after, I got an email from their HR person which said my assessment was better than 82% of applicants. I was invited to complete another assessment where I was asked to assess some data. Once I completed it, I was asked to book a phone interview with the HR rep - No idea whether or not I got the question right (you would think that's what they'd be looking for, but okay). The phone interview took approximately 10 minutes where I was asked to elaborate on my qualifications as well as answer behavioural questions while also explaining the rationale behind my answer for the second assessment. HR rep told me she was going to email me in five minutes to inform me whether I would be moving on to another interview with her and the CEO or not, and she promptly sent me a link to book an interview, which I did. The interview with the CEO and HR took approximately 20 minutes. Neither of them was dressed professionally, they were both wearing T-shirts and the HR rep was eating during the interview. Questions were behavioural, basically a further expansion on the phone interview. The CEO then asked me to fill out a behavioural assessment (can't remember the name of it) with my email attached to it. In the end, they informed me that they would email me with a decision to move on to another interview within 24 hours. This was three weeks ago. I even sent a follow-up email to the HR rep. No response. My belief is that they are looking for an absolute rockstar, so don't waste your time on these people.

It was very informal but kept professional, also the 3-step interview was done in 4 days so they're on top of everything they have going on. Overall, very easy process, and everyone was great.
