I was interviewed by the 2 people in HR; Amee & Hanoz; they were very well spoken and accommodating. They treated me with great respect and had a positive influence on me about the company. The CEO Tushar made a very bad impression. He made me wait for almost 90 mins before he met me. He asked me couple of questions and then took a smoke break in between for 10 mins or so, When he returned, he asked me some more questions and then said; 'I'm done' I left the interview and on my exit I met with the 2 HR people as mentioned above and told them about a horrible experience of an interview with Tushar. He has no class, no politeness and asked stupid questions, none of them relevant to the role. Such an egoistic man, his vibe was extremely negative. Don't waste your time applying to AstaGuru, the CEO thinks he knows it all, he lacks basic courtesy.
