After applying i was pleasantly surprised to get a follow up email right way, acknowledging my app. About a week and a half later I was called for a telephone interview that was brief and to the point that led to an appointment to meet. Very results oriented and friendly interview more to verify items on the resume and cover letter and gauge attitude. That led to an offer about two weeks later
