The interview was a 2 part process. The 1st interview was with HR over the phone. The 2nd interview was with the Department Director and Manager over Zoom. After the 2nd interview, I quickly received a call from HR with an offer!
The process was transparent and quick. They made sure that you were included in the process and a decision is made quickly so you are not waiting around for the next steps.

Entretien
The company was quick to get with me for an hour long phone screening. They were very thorough with what the job entailed. Then I had two interviews in person within 1.5 weeks. They were very transparent about what the job would entail. I met with the CEO of the nonprofit I'd be working for.
