I would avoid interviewing with this company. I think they interview people just to waste their time. They were disorganized throughout the process. I made it all the way to the final round where they asked me to present a plan but they did not give much context into what exactly they wanted to see. There are a lot of "plans" one could present... an account plan, a territory plan, a 30-60-90 plan. I put together what I believed would be valuable to them and they seemed during the interview to be receptive.... however, I was ghosted. Not even the generic auto decline email. The company overall seems to have a solid offering but the business unit itself is ambiguous at best. I just wish they hadn't wasted my time.

Applied on LinkedIn, had a phone screen and was asked to provide my availability for an interview with the hiring manager. I provided it as requested and nothing, so I wrote an email to the TA rep and they asked for my availability again. And nothing. These people dropped the ball so many times, I wonder how they deal with customers. Not a place worth working at.
