Overall, I came away from the interview process with a pretty positive impression of the organization. The process was clear and respectful. There were no trick questions, no personality tests, and nothing that felt like a waste of time. I had three one-on-one conversations, including with HR, the hiring manager, and executive leadership. My first two conversations were pleasant, thoughtful, transparent, and aligned with the organization's mission. That said, I definitely left the process with the impression that organization progress is happening despite its leadership, not because of it. I wish the organization all the best and trust that it will thrive once much-needed new leadership is in place in the future.
