I am writing to provide you with my feedback on my recent onboarding and interview experience with Aspire systems . While I found the interview rounds to be fine and the overall process to be smooth, I was disappointed with the HR management's responsiveness and communication.
Unfortunately, I have not received proper responses to my queries, and there have been delays in communication. This lack of responsiveness has made my onboarding experience less than ideal.
I want to emphasize that my experience with the interview panel was good, and I was impressed with the company's vision and mission. However, the HR management's unresponsiveness has left a negative impression on me.
