Applied online, had a 20 minute chat with a recruiter followed by a 45 minute interview with a hiring manager, who was really cool and articulate. Third was a panel (and technical?) interview with an architect and engineering manager. The position was for react native, neither of them had any experience with react or react native. They asked a few tech questions about react native and it became clear neither of them had any idea what they were saying, and were googling and using outdated interview questions. They asked class component questions, when class components are almost deprecated and are no longer used.
