3 rounds with different levels of leadership along with Human Resources. Very basic sales questions- nothing too crazy . More so focused on you and how you personally might be a fit with your sales skills.

Multiple rounds with layers of sales management- mostly motivational and general sales questions. How you approach new clients etc. What was extremely off putting- one answer they provided to a question of mine “we do what we say we’re going to do”. Just saying, not once was that evident in the interview process. Take it for what it’s worth.

Interviewer lied about following up with regards to my first application. I was referred again by a current employee and had an interview setup. The interview was a no show the first time and then adjust two more times after that. Pretty standard interview but 0 follow up to my several emails on follow ups. Would have expected better being a referral but guess you treat everyone in the interview process horribly. My understanding is that their hiring managers are short staffed and overworked so do not expect much.
