Thank you so much for the detailed review. Without feedback like this, we as a company cannot understand what we’re doing right, and more importantly, what we’re doing wrong. So while we regret to hear about your experience with AspireIQ, we welcome your honesty and appreciate the time you have taken to explain where we can do better.
Because of this mishap, we’d like to assure you that the teammate you spoke with is getting training due to this feedback. We do not take this situation lightly.
