Honestly, my process with AspenTech was one of the smoothest I’ve experienced. Over the course of one week, I was able to schedule and participate in all three stages of the interview process: recruiter call, hiring manager video chat, and team video chat. Next steps and timeline were communicated clearly at each level.

over two weeks went through 3 different interviews. First a phone screening, then an interview with my potential supervisor, then a group video conference with two tech writers from the department I would be working with. Offered me the job and then receded the offer after I accepted. Very unprofessional
