You speak with the general manager and some coworkers to find out what is expected of you on the job. As long as you demonstrate that you're physically able to do the job, you're pretty much hired.

Why do you want this job? Are you able to relocated with the job? Do you have any roofing experience?
It was a sit down interview that occurred at the local office. It was just a conversation about previous sales/marketing experience and it happened a few days after the manager reached out.
