There is a written test (Technical + IQ) followed by a technical interview. If you clear that then there is a HR round where salary negotiations take place. The process is quite easy but might take some time as there are many candidates present. The verification process is quite strict and all your references and previous HR will receive both mails and phone calls, so be ready. All in all its not that tough if you go well prepared for the interview.
