The absentee President Kevin Rudd has a heavy hand on NY staff. Very top down. Frustrating experience. I was a finalist and only had one 30 minute Zoom with five interviewers. Not the best way to guage fit or competencies. The position as written is impossible. All the deliverables expected of ED are in the portfolios of other senior admin. When I asked Rudd how that would work got a frosty stare and end of interview. That was 6 months ago and they still haven't filled the position lol.
