Mostly behavioral. The organization looks for entrepreneurial people so its important to prove that. Also they typically have junior level people interview you so being able to demonstrate the ways in which you take initiative looks good as it shows there will be less work for them.

Fairly casual, but really drives into why you are interested in Ashoka and what type of assets you will bring to the organization.
Looking for highly entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial individuals, so make sure to stress how you helped to start an organization or change an existing one from within.
