Was supposed to receive an interview, but was rescheduled twice and never received a confirmation on the 3rd(!) reschedule appointment. Being flexible is a priority, but this was not the best approach for an interview process.

I was asked to reschedule multiple times via email, once was 2 hours before the interview was scheduled. I understand people get busy quickly in the industry, but respect the time of others at the same.
