Arrived initially to interview for a Program Manager position but was then urged to apply for a factory floor position because of my background. Received a nice tour of the facility and then had a nice talk with the VP of Operations and the QC Manager. Later that same afternoon I got a call from their HR with an offer of $14/hr. I countered with $15/hr and the HR rep told me to standby for a call back. That was 4 days ago and haven't heard back since.
