Applied online. Interview takes place in manager’s office with two other staff members. After the interview, was shown around the unit and introduced to a few other people working on the unit at the time. Job offer was made within 2 weeks.

I was contacted a day after submitting the application. The interview was scheduled for the following day. It was a group interview, 2 Team Leaders along with the hiring manager.

The interviewer took you into his/her office and asked questions. Some of the questions were about skill and common procedures. The next few question health with how you would react to certain questions. An example would be what would you do if your co worker was taking advantage of the lunch breaks?
