The hospital was very clean and the COO interviewed me. She was kind and informative. It was pretty informal as she tried to get to know me. It was unstructured but flowed nicely.

Interview conducted by management. No peer interview process included. Very welcoming and provided general overview of department, team expectations/layout, leadership, patient population on unit, hospital etc. Would have been interested in peer meeting or opportunity to see a unit to get a feel of daily work/team culture. Was Not able to discuss compensation specifics/range as handled by other department.
