I applied online and received an email for a phone interview. I had the phone interview 2-3 days after I applied online. The phone interview was around 10 mins long, After the phone interview, I was scheduled to meet with the manager a few days later. I met with the manager and she was very pleasant. She gave me a tour and showed me where the office was and where I will be mostly stationed. We went back to her office and explained the job description and asked if the hours worked for me. She offered me the position right on the spot. And, explained the next hiring process. Overall the hiring process was very easy and fast.

Filled out application online. Contacted by HR dept. Met with recruiter and was taking into the hospital to meet with managers of the floor. A few days later was called and offered a position.
