Entretien
Received email and phone call from in-house recruiter two days after applying via website. She called multiple times--they moved very quickly. A brief phone interview was followed by two in-person rounds. The first consisted of one-on-one meeting with hiring manager and one-on-one with recruiter. Second was with three-person panel--person to be replaced, potential peer and hiring manager's boss. Not all could stay the allotted time, which was a little tricky. Everyone was generally friendly and professional, and very connected to mission-driven nature of the organization. Recruiter interview seemed a little rote and she seemed a little rushed.

The interview process took over 3 months, without a lot of transparency only to be told at the very last step that they were actually looking for a different skill set than had been advertised.
