Called in for an interview, met with the manager we talked casually about the needs of the job, what they were looking for, what I could offer, and then I did a peer interview. I met with 4 of the employees that worked their to see how they liked me and if they thought I could cut it. They didn't use the questions on the forms they were given, they made there own up as they went and it was intense, but casual at the same time.

Teams meeting with hiring manager and recruiter. Open ended questions and lots of back and forth open discussion. Very low maintenance, welcoming environment that allowed for thoughtful answers and time to have open dialogue

super easy, good flow, not so tough questions. They were very supportive during the interview process. Just type up and reherse your lines of why choosing the field/department/specialty and your good traits.
The nurse manager who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less stressful. I was worried about the process, but it was not bad. She asked questions about my background and experience and explained the job to me.
